Products
All products are small-batch, handcrafted food items. Descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. We reserve the right to update ingredients or packaging without prior notice.

Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery
We deliver within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the delivery provider.

Pricing
All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Limitation of Liability
Everything Chilli is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
