Refund policy

At Everything Chilli, we take great pride in the quality of our small-batch chili crisp. Because our products are handcrafted food items, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tomehspices.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. Approved replacements will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

No Returns
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or unopened products.

Delivery Issues
If your order was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please reach out and we'll assess on a case-by-case basis.
